Paola Randi's directorial debut is a quirky and entertaining buddy film meets crime caper!

When timid scientist Alfonso (Gianfelice Imparato) unexpectedly loses his job, he visits his old friend, the local two-bit politician Vincenzo (actorsinger Peppe Servillo, brother of Toni Servillo), in the hope that he will help him find new employment. Recognising a golden opportunity when he sees one, Vincenzo asks Alfonso to deliver a package for a local crime boss on his behalf.

While running the errand, Alfonso witnesses a crime and hides in a rooftop shanty in Naples' exotic Sri Lankan neighborhood – a shanty that is already occupied by Gayan (Saman Anthony), a former Sri Lankan cricket star. Gayan has wasted the fame and money of his youth and has just arrived in what he thought would be a land of opportunity. Instead he ends up working as caretaker to an elderly racist woman.

Now Gayan, Alfonso and Vincenzo all face seemingly insurmountable odds and the three men must overcome their mutual mistrust to win the day.
